Now in our fifth year in business, we are continuing our upward trending, organic growth in the environmental consulting industry.

Put simply, 2015 was an outstanding year for Blackhawk and for all of our satisfied clients. While 2013 and 2014 were also great for us, the fact is, business in 2015 quadrupled from our 2013 and 2014 levels.

With the nesting season winding down, here are a few interesting bird stories from our 2014 season:

We had an excellent 1st year in business, and are very proud of our accomplishments, so we thought it would be nice to share some key statistics that paint the picture best.

Exciting news came to Blackhawk Environmental yesterday. We were officially certified by California’s Department of General Services (DGS) as a Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (DVBE).

In a strange twist of fate, Blackhawk Environmental began work on January 5th under its first contract, in the very same place in the world where our last Sunrise Powerlink fieldwork through our previous employer ended on November 30th: pole #Z171691 along the Sycamore Substation to Pomerado Substation Reconductor line in the Scripps-Poway area of San Diego.
